Pashmina（帕什米納）被譽為極為細緻且輕盈的高級羊絨，其原料取自印度喀什米爾地區高原上的 Changthangi 山羊。這些山羊長年生活在海拔 4,000 公尺以上、氣候嚴寒的環境中，為了抵禦低溫，牠們會生長出質地特別細柔的底層絨毛，正是製作 Pashmina 的關鍵素材。
雖然 Pashmina 隸屬於 Cashmere 的一種，但並非所有 Cashmere 都能稱為 Pashmina。相較之下，Pashmina 更強調纖維等級、手工紡織工藝與稀少產量，可說是羊絨中的高端選擇。
